When I realized I could instantly see all of the statistics I need to evaluate the resources I was consuming on AWS, and that, in fact, I could downscale considerably and save my company some serious money (enough to cover the cost of New Relic and more), I knew this product was critical for us.

When AWS Cloudwatch was telling me my servers where “fine” and thanks to New Relic I realized there was an issue with EBS. By far the best admin tool I’ve seen in my life. I could be explaining why it rocks all day long, but if you need me to do that it’s because you have never used it.
